x- Fill water tank to the max level line (90ml). The recommended amount of essential oil is about 3~5 drops at full water level, which can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
For the purpose of aromatherapy, the number of times is more important than the length of time! The most effective way is to use the diffuser intermittently. For example, turn it on for 0.5 to 1 hour each time, rest for 1 to 2 hours and then turn it on again, so that the body has enough time to metabolise, and you will get better results!
Or make use of the intermittent setting and the diffuser runs for 10 mins then pauses for 10 mins.
