We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Problem with your product? It is the policy of I Am Natural Store to deal with customer issues quickly. Customer service concerns are best dealt with by calling our number +617 3102 3638 and/or by sending us an email to iam@iamnaturalstore.com.au. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair and efficient manner. Exchanges, Refund and Returns policy You may return your purchase within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns after they have been opened. If you believe you are having an allergic reaction to a product you are allowed to return it with no more then 1/4 of the product used. Or if you found you ordered the wrong product, please make sure you return it in all of it's original packaging un-used.If for any reason a product is deemed as defective within 14 days of receiving it, please return the unused portion to us, and if on inspection we agree, we will send a replacement
Damaged Shipments When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at +617 3102 3638 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Please provide your order number when you call and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. We will contact the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package. |

| Shipping Times - Orders received before 12:30 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:30 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
