Rewards Points

I Am Natural Store's loyalty Rewards Program is available to all customers, and by simply purchasing items you'll automatically be earning points.

Do I need to create an account?
Yes, you need to have an activated account to receive Loyalty points. 

Are there other ways to earn points?
Currently, purchases are the only way to earn Loyalty Points.

How does the points system work?
For every $1 you spend, you earn 10 reward points.

How do I check my points balance?
To view your points balance log into your account under My Account and click Rewards Points. In the pop up window click Account.

How can I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, click Rewards Points on the top menu (if you are not already logged in, click Log into my account and log in). In the Rewards Points pop up window you will see menu headings for Account, Earn, Redeem, History and My Rewards.

Redeeming your points is a 2 step process.

STEP 1

Click "Redeem" from the menu and select the appropriate reward value available for you to redeem. For example, if your points balance is 23,790 you will be offered a range of discounts from $2.50 (2,500 points) up to $20.00 (20,000 points). Once you click Redeem, you will be given a Discount Code for that $ value.

STEP 2

Enter your Discount Code into the discount pane at checkout to activate the discount. If you have misplaced your code you can easily find it again by clicking on My Rewards in the Rewards Points pop up window.

Please note: You can only enter 1 discount code per order so its best to choose the highest discount available to you each time :)
