Calms and soothes
Ideal after cleansing to minimise irritation, impart light hydration and pH balance the skin again.

Preps and primes
By optimising skin pH, the Toner helps skin absorb oils and serum faster, while also improving surface hydration.

Hydrates
With the humectant glycerin to pull water out of the air and bind it to the skin, the Toner hydrates without any sticky residue.

HOW TO APPLY
Spray into hands or onto a reusable cotton round and pat onto skin to calm, rebalance and lightly hydrate skin. Follow with The Beautiful Oil to fortify skin with essential nutrients, radiance and long-lasting hydration.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

Regular Parcel Post takes 1-5 working days. Express Post takes 1-2 business days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on all purchases over $150. Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may chose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT PROTECTION: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are stocked by our retail partners and shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates, free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest rate from each partner including free shipping when available.

With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days), International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening to ensure you have the right product.
