  Amethyst is used in Mala beads as a meditation tool in Tibet and is said to calm, protect, and cleanse the spirit. Its color strengthens the muscles of the eyes.
  
  Amethyst has healing powers to help with physical ailments, emotional issues, and in Energy Healing and Chakra balancing. Amethyst crystal therapies are primarily associated with physical ailments of the nervous system, the curing of nightmares and insomnia, and balancing the crown chakra.
  
  Amethyst is especially supportive of the emotional body, bringing those who are overworked, overstressed, or overwhelmed back to center. It eases the mental anxieties that lead to physical tension and headaches, and is a great crystal to calm those who tend to be hot-headed and easily angered.
• Traditionally used by the Chinese, facial rollers are a renowned anti-wrinkle tool used daily to improve the youthful appearance of skin. The coolness of the gemstone closes the pores while the roller massage promotes lymphatic drainage, which can reduce puffiness, and is helpful for sagging skin, wrinkles, open pores, discolouration, firming and toning. It may also be used on the neck, arms, legs and other parts of the body.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
