PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT?
It is the ethos of I Am Natural Store to deal with customer concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly. Customer service issues are best raised by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our office number +617 3102 3638. Email is our preferred option as this gives us a written record of the issue and at busy times we may not always able to answer the phone. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem for you in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. PLEASE NOTE: PayPal, Afterpay and merchant banks have ceased to refund any transaction fees they have charged to process your order, so any bank charges on your payment transaction will be deducted from cancelled orders.
RETURNED TO SENDER
Australia Post charge a $10.50 fee to return to sender any incorrectly addressed items or parcels that are uncollected from the post office. Please take extra care to make sure your address is absolutely correct. Any items returned to sender will be refunded minus any shipping charges we have paid on your half, including free shipping and return to sender fees. If you wish your items to be resent to a corrected address, you will need to pay another postage fee plus the return to sender fee.
EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong product or wrong shade? You may return your purchase to us within 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Shipping is non-refundable including any free shipping charges we have paid on your behalf.
You will have to bear the costs of the return postage unless the product is defective or sent to you in error. For exchanges, you will also need to pay the new postage costs.
Due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of beauty and toiletry products we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items under any circumstances. Please check your products before opening to ensure you have the right product.
If you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please make sure you return it in all of it's original packaging, UNOPENED and UNUSED.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS – I Am Natural Store cannot be held responsible for individual reactions or irritations from a product. We highly recommend you thoroughly read the INCI ingredients list we include on every product page on our website to ensure the ingredients are safe for you to use. We would also encourage you to contact our customer service by calling 07 3102 3638 or email email@example.com if you have any doubt about an ingredient or require further information on any product before purchase.
If for any reason a product is deemed as defective within 14 days of receiving it, please return the unused portion to us, and if on inspection we agree, we will send a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive a replacement product(s) or a refund the merchandise MUST be returned to us unopened and unused and in perfect condition. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage occurring in transit on return.
When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +617 3102 3638 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Please provide your order number and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. We will contact the carrier to get further instructions.
