Brush Care

If working on clients always use our gentle non-toxic brush cleaner on your brushes in between people as it will keep your brushes in good condition and will not irritate your following client’s skin or risk transferring bacteria.
It is recommended that Make-up artists wash their brushes at the end of the day with a mild eco-friendly detergent or shampoo. Personal brushes should be washed once a week or fortnight depending on usage and environment.
Wash the brush under running water gently massaging the bristles.
Never leave the brush submerged in cleaning solution or water and try not to run too much water over the ferrule or handle of the brush.
Gently wring the detergent and water out of the brush hair, reshape the brush, dry the brush handle, and insert into a hanging-style makeup brush tree.This is the ultimate brush dryer. Alternately you can allow the brush to dry flat on a towel ensuring the bristles have been reshaped. Once brushes have partially dried you may also allow your brushes to dry with the bristles facing up in a cup on an airy windowsill.

Cleaned, pristine brushes will perform better and give you a flawless, airbrush finish. Always keep the bristles protected and never just throw them in your make-up bag where they will be banged about and damaged or contaminated.

Treat your brushes well and they will serve you equally well for many years to come.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

PLEASE NOTE: Retail Partner products do not count towards the free shipping threshold for IANS stocked items.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
