HOW TO USE

The Seven Seed Sacred Oil is best used in place of a serum or moisturiser, both morning and night for nourished, renewed skin. Use under makeup as a primer or add a few drops to your existing moisturiser. Warm a few drops between the fingertips and gently apply to face and neck daily. Lightweight and silky, this ancient elixir can also be used as a replenishing tonic on dry hair.

HOW TO REFILL

Empty the contents of the refill pouch directly into the signature glass bottle. Do not rinse the bottle with water between refilling as this may compromise the formulation.

HOW TO RECYCLE

To ensure recycling your refill pouch is as seamless and convenient as possible, we have partnered with both the REDcycle and the TerraCycle program. 

When ready to dispose of your empty refill pouch, please either do so at a REDcycle collection bin, or complete a recycling form on our website to receive a prepaid shipping label. Once packaged, ship your empties back to us, and we?ll take care of the rest.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
