Application Tips

For Eyes: Apply to eyelids with Concealer brush #7 or #11 after your foundation base is complete. Then simply press your favourite Mineral Goddess Eye Shadows to your eyelids and blend the edges of the Eye Shadow. You can also use this primer to keep your brows neat and tidy; simply brush Eye & Lip Primer along your eyebrows. Leave your brows Natural or apply matt Mineral Goddess eyeshadow to the brows for a defined look. Flat angle brushes #9 or #13 are excellent for defining the brows.

For Lips: To achieve that long lasting effect, apply a fine coat of Eye & Lip Primer to lips, allow the Primer to dry and then apply your favourite Mineral Goddess Lipstick, Creamy Lips or even the red-hued Eye Shadows to your lips!

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

PLEASE NOTE: Retail Partner products do not count towards the free shipping threshold for IANS stocked items.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
