Organic rose water is a simple yet highly effective multi-purpose hydrosol. It works to balance pH levels and optimally prepare your skin for receiving further hydration. Regular Parcel Post takes 1-5 working days. Express Post takes 1-2 business days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on all purchases over $150. Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT PROTECTION: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days), International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

    I love its smell, very fresh and make me feel comfortable and hydrated. I also love the bottle, very light and easy to carry when travelling.

    I feel very good about using this spray, then I noticed the ingredients is actually just rose water, which is very surprising to me. It must be high quality rose water, but it could be more value-added if there are some additional antioxidants included therein.

    I ran out of my Clemence tone and hydrate spritz and made the mistake of buying one from a store. I had to return it as it irritated my eyes. Clemence products don't do that. I know I can trust that I won't have a reaction with these beautiful products. ♥️

    I have never followed a skin regime before - always just cleansed in the shower and maybe followed with a moisturizer. Clemence has changed this. I love their products and in particular the Spritz and Serums. The Spritz is so easy and feels so light and fresh. I feel like I am spoiling my skin when I use it. Thank you
