WHY IT'S SO GOOD
Honey — a humectant, which provides moisturising benefits for hair and skin. Honey also acts as an anti-irritant, making it ideal for sensitive scalps and skin. It also offers light hold when styling the hair.
Rice Amino Acids — conditioning agents that bring shine and gloss through conditioning the scalp, hair and skin.
Aloe — This versatile ingredient gives hair strength and a silky texture. Aloe brings fullness and manageability to the finest hair.
Rooibos Tea — With 50 times more antioxidants than green tea, it has been called the “miracle tea” for its tremendous healing powers and anti-aging properties.
Lavender — is one of the primary essential oils for inducing peace and calm. As an adaptogen, it normalises both dry and oily conditions of the scalp, hair or skin. Lavender is anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and a skin regenerative, which aids in dandruff and hair loss conditions.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES
We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout
EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.
FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.
DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays
LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.
TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.
PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING
Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.
Combined Orders
If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
