We use Australia Post eParcel to deliver your purchases within Australia. You have the option of choosing Express Parcel Post or Regular Parcel Post (all parcel post comes with tracking).
Free shipping is available on all purchases over $150. Orders over $400 will be shipped free by EXPRESS Post. We use Australia Post Regular eParcel Post and eParcel Express for free shipments. Please note: orders that contain eau de cologne perfumes or nail polish cannot be sent by air and so will be despatched by Regular Post.
Regular Parcel Post takes 1-5 working days, but can be longer to regional WA. We highly recommend our rural or regional WA customers take advantage of our Upgrade to Express service for a small fee, and have peace of mind your parcel will be with you a 1 or 2 days.
Express eParcel Post is Next Day delivery Australia-wide in capital cities within AU Post's specified zones. Regional centres and rural areas may take 1-2 business days.
Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by Australia Post.
Tracking numbers will be included on your "Shipped" email, however, you will need to go to Australia Post's website to track your parcel. Enter your tracking number here auspost.com.au/track
All purchases from I Am Natural Store are made pursuant to shipping arrangements and we are not responsible for any loss or damage once a package has been collected from our warehouse by Australia Post, TNT or DHL. We choose Australia Post as our main common carrier because of their best-practice reputation.
LOCAL PICK UP
Customers who are in Brisbane may chose to collect their orders from our despatch address between 10am and 3pm weekdays. Please choose "Local Pick Up" as your shipping option during checkout. As soon as your order has been prepared for collection we will send you an email saying it's ready. This is usually about 2 hours later.

We deliver to most countries. To find out how much it will cost to deliver an order to your country, add the items to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your country from the drop down list to obtain a shipping quote before finalising checkout.
We use Australia Post to deliver all international orders. You will be to able to choose from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days), International Pack & Track (3-10 days), or Registered International Air Mail.
Online tracking is available on all shipping options except Registered International Air Mail. This service is non-trackable however a signature is required on delivery of the parcel. International Pack & Track is Australia Post's "Standard International" delivery which does have tracking to a selected number of countries. Registered International Air Mail is Australia Post's "Standard International" delivery to the rest of the world where tracking is not available. For customers in those countries where pack & Track is not available we highly recommend paying the small additional fee and choosing "International Express" and have peace of mind with online tracking.

IMPORT DUTIES: Each country has its own import regulations, restrictions and taxes. Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders that are cancelled by the receiver after they have shipped (including orders refused at customs) will be refunded in full minus any shipping fees as soon as the order is received back to us in good condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
EAU DE TOILETTE PERFUME:
1. Eau de Toilette contains alcohol and is not permitted in some countries. Please check your government policy before ordering.
2. Eau de Toilette perfumes cannot be shipped by air. If you would like to purchase Eau de Toilette, please contact us by email and we can arrange an International Sea Mail shipment.
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES, LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

RETURNED TO SENDER
Australia Post charge a $12.50 fee to return to sender any incorrectly addressed items or parcels that are uncollected from the post office. Please take extra care to make sure your address is absolutely correct. Any items returned to sender will be refunded minus any shipping charges we have paid on your half, including free shipping and return to sender fees. If you wish your items to be resent to a corrected address, you will need to pay another postage fee plus the return to sender fee.
Australia Post accept only a very limited responsibility for their service in the unlikely event that something does go wrong. The maximum compensation they will pay for an uninsured parcel is $50. For this reason, we highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.
AUSTRALIA POST RULES FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS
To allow Australia Post to investigate the missing/damaged contents of your parcel, the article and all packaging, MUST be presented at an Australia Post Shop as soon as possible for inspection. The Postal Manager will assess the article, making any recommendations for consideration of compensation and contact head office via their online form. Australia Post will need to keep both the packaging and the contents of your parcel at the post office for the duration of the investigation.
Once Australia Post have received all the required information from the post office, a team member will contact you within 10 days to provide the outcome or discuss the matter further.

Usually you can either replace the item with an in stock product, remove the item from your order and receive a refund, or cancel you entire order for a full refund. If an item is due to be back in stock within a couple of days, we will offer to hold your order until new stock arrives. The choice will always be yours.
