• But it's more than what's omitted; what’s included is equally important. Sensitive skin requires a thoughtful blend of ingredients that soothe, protect, and strengthen the skin's barrier.

• The Skin Saviour Cream is fortified with essential fatty acids omega-6 and omega-3, known for their barrier-building and anti-inflammatory properties. These nutrients, sourced from certified organic botanical oils such as baobab, borage, oat, cranberry, and cucumber seed oils, work synergistically to calm, soften, and rejuvenate sensitive skin.

• This meticulous, thoughtful formulation makes this cream ideal for the areas that deserve special attention: the undereye, neck, and decolletage.

• Its mousse-like texture absorbs rapidly into the skin, providing the perfect balance of hydration without heaviness.

Warm a half pea-sized amount in fingers and pat gently onto lightly moist skin of face, eye, and neck. Can be layered on top of serums or used in combination with other face creams, as needed. Suitable for daily use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

Glass jar - recycle with your local council or, if in good condition (no cracks or chips) return it to us free of charge or to a participating store to be refilled as part of our Container Return Scheme.

Lid - return to us or to a participating store as part of our Container Return Scheme and we will pay to have it recycled with Terracycle.

Paper labels - remove by soaking in water, and add to your compostable waste.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.

If your order is insured and arrives damaged, retain the shipping
