BINCHOTAN CHARCOAL FACIAL PUFF

An all-natural, plant-based cleansing wonder

This Binchotan Facial Puff is made from a blend of fine Binchotan charcoal powder and vegetable fibers from the all-natural and mild konjac root. Use with or without cleanser to gently exfoliate and massage skin for a brighter complexion. The soft texture and natural ingredients are ideal for sensitive skin.

Materials: Konjac root fibers, binchotan charcoal powder (100% ubame oak)
Dimensions: 3" L x 2 ¼" W x 1" H
Care: Wet puff thoroughly under warm running water until soft. Use the puff to gently massage the skin in a circular motion. Rinse the puff after use and gently pat out excess water between your palms before hanging in a cool, dry place. Do not squeeze or twist the puff. Because of the biodegradable nature of its natural plant fibers, this puff will wear away over time. With proper care, it should last up to three months.

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
