Can I drink herbal teas if I'm taking medication? Yes, you can drink herbal teas if you're taking medication. Prior to fusing your blend please specify in the questionnaire if currently on any prescribed medication to avoid any herb-drug interactions. Your blender is a qualified naturopath experienced in pharmacological medication and herbal precautions.

Can I drink herbal teas if I'm pregnant? Your master blender is a naturopath with 4 young children, having supported herself with herbal medicine prior, during and postpartum, you may rest assured that only safe herbs will be selected for your blend. Please include if pregnant in the customised tea blend questionnaire and if you have any concerns please reach out directly to gabrielle@jivana.com.au or browse the range of safe pregnancy teas available.

What if I have allergies and food sensitivities? Please include this information in your customised tea blend questionnaire. 

Can I drink too much herbal tea? Your customised tea blend includes dried herbs from roots, stems, leaves and flowers, each with their own therapeutic properties, and used as herbal medicine. Too much of even a good thing can have a detrimental effect. As a naturopath, the general rule of thumb is 1 cup for enjoyment purposes, or three cups a day for therapeutic effects. AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

PLEASE NOTE: Retail Partner products do not count towards the free shipping threshold for IANS stocked items.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.

If your order is insured and arrives damaged, retain the shipping
