This blend is safe whilst breastfeeding, maximum 3 times daily, consult your health care practitioner prior to consumption.

The organic Milk Tea blend is a comforting blend containing a range of galactagogues which support the production of breast milk post natal. This blend contains soothing and antispasmodic warming digestives to aid in gastrointestinal discomfort for mum and baby via transfer within the milk supply. Herbal Lemon verbena is a comforting support for the extra demand placed on mumma's to ease frayed nerves.

Brewing Suggestion: Infuse one teaspoon of Body Tea in a pot/infuser for 8-12 minutes.
Sip & relax. Add honey or lemon to taste.

Ingredients: Fenugreek* (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seeds, anise* (Pimpinella anisum) seed, fennel* (Foeniculum vulgare) seeds, caraway* (Carum carvi) seeds, lemon verbena* (Aloysia citrodora) leaf, shatavari* (Asparagus racemosus) leaf and cinnamon* (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) chips.

Flavour profiles: Fenugreek brings a subtle, nutty sweetness to the blend, adding depth and complexity. Anise contributes a distinct licorice-like aroma, lending a delicate and soothing quality to the tea. Fennel imparts a slightly sweet and herbaceous note, complementing the overall profile with a hint of refreshing coolness.

Caraway seeds offer a gentle earthiness, evoking a warm and comforting essence in the brew. Lemon verbena brings a zesty and citrusy punch, infusing the tea with a bright and uplifting character. Shatavari, known for its balancing properties, adds a subtle hint of floral and earthy undertones, enhancing the overall harmony of the blend.

Finally, cinnamon chips provide a touch of warmth and spice, infusing the tea with a comforting and aromatic essence. Together, these ingredients create a tea with a complex and balanced flavor profile, intertwining nutty sweetness, licorice-like notes, refreshing herbaceousness, and hints of citrus and warmth.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
