International deliveries

• $35 AUD express post shipping on all international orders.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product opened or unopened within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds apply only to your first purchase of a full sized individual product.

Refunds do not apply to:

• Samples and minis
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Beauty tools
• Items purchased during a sale

Return conditions:

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
• Proof of purchase or order details must be included
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and assessed

You may be eligible for a refund, credit note or replacement if:

• Goods were invoiced but not supplied
• You received an incorrect item
• The product is faulty and not damaged through misuse
• You experienced a reaction to the product photographic evidence may be requested

Clemence Organics reserves the right to determine the most appropriate form of compensation. If purchases were made using a discount code or promotion, this will be taken into account.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

PLEASE NOTE: Retail Partner products do not count towards the free shipping threshold for IANS stocked items.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
