• Fill water tank to the max level line (90ml). The recommended amount of essential oil is about 3~5 drops at full water level, which can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
  
  For the purpose of aromatherapy, the number of times is more important than the length of time! The most effective way is to use the diffuser intermittently. For example, turn it on for 0.5 to 1 hour each time, rest for 1 to 2 hours and then turn it on again, so that the body has enough time to metabolise, and you will get better results!
  
  Or make use of the intermittent setting and the diffuser runs for 10 mins then pauses for 10 mins.
  
  Diffuser shuts off automatically when water runs out.

  The essential oils extracted from plants may decompose plastics. The inner cup of this aromatherapy machine is made of medical grade PP, which is the same grade material as the medical syringe. It is resistant to high temperature and acid and alkali. We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
