• This 100% certified organic, hydrating mist has anti-inflammatory properties, helps balance sebum and restore skin pH.

• The perfect base for applying our water-free serums and moisturisers, promoting their even spread and aiding absorption into the skin.

• Damask rose is known to help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, while lemon balm is mildly astringent, and is both calming and anti-depressant.

• It also makes a refreshing pick-me-up for use throughout the day.

Spray onto face and neck after cleansing and follow with your choice of Mokosh moisturiser. May be used regularly throughout the day to refresh the skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

Rosa damascena flower water (Rose hydrosol), Melissa officinalis flower/leaf/stem water (Lemon balm hydrosol).

Ingredients 100% certified organic. Vegan. Palm oil free.

Glass bottle - recycle with your council. Currently we are unable to accept these to return and refill but hope to do so in the future.

Plastic pump - save these with your other Mokosh jars and closures and send back to us free of charge as part of our Container Return scheme. We will pay to have them recycled with Terracycle.

Paper label - remove by soaking in water, and add to your compostable waste.

Cardboard box - recyclable cardboard.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is insured and arrives damaged, retain the shipping
box, packaging materials, and damaged items and contact us. For more
