Saya’s Balance Moisture is a lightweight, fast-absorbing moisturiser that will balance your complexion and provide long-lasting hydration. Our silky smooth formula is packed with powerful ingredients to help nourish and hydrate your skin, leaving it looking bright and glowing. This formulation includes Hyaluronic Acid, Argan Oil and Pentavitin® to provide long-lasting hydration and nourishment. Ceramides help to maintain a healthy skin barrier, helping to keep moisture in and irritants out. Kakadu Plum and Aloe Vera work together to brighten and soothe the skin, helping to even out the complexion and provide a radiant, healthy-looking glow.

HOW TO USE

Apply one pump of Saya’s Balance Moisture and smooth into face, neck and décolletage. Apply AM and PM after cleanser and serum. For daytime application, be sure to apply SPF afterwards.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are
calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your
shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked
items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same
day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We
do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee
for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance
options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates,
free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed
in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our
partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will
return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest
rate from each partner including free shipping when available.
With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the
respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose
from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days),
International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from
the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping
paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns
on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening
to ensure you have the right product.
