Products on IANS Marketplace are shipped separately by our Trusted Suppliers from their own warehouses, most internationally. Each marketplace product will ship for free and display the expected shipping times when you click the shipping icon on the add to cart page.

If you have multiple items in your cart from both IANS and Marketplace, the checkout will show only one combined shipping option, but your items will ship separately.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments through PayPal Express checkouts. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order and may result in us contacting you to verify your ID. Your credit card will be billed upon Checkout.

For multiple orders, we will attempt to combine and ship all orders together.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. An order is considered accepted once your credit card payment has been approved as part of the Check Out transaction.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. PLEASE NOTE: PayPal, Afterpay and merchant banks have ceased to refund any transaction fees they have charged to process your order, so any bank charges on your payment transaction will be deducted from cancelled orders.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item is found to be out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you and offer you some options. Usually you can either replace the item with an in stock product, remove the item from your order and receive a refund, or cancel you entire order for a full refund. If an item is due to be back in stock within a couple of days, we will offer to hold your order until new stock arrives. The choice will always be yours.

SHIPPING

Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you here as an estimate. RETURNED TO SENDER

Australia Post charge a $10.50 fee to return to sender any incorrectly addressed items or parcels that are uncollected from the post office. Please take extra care to make sure your address is absolutely correct. Any items returned to sender will be refunded minus any shipping charges we have paid on your half, including free shipping and return to sender fees. If you wish your items to be resent to a corrected address, you will need to pay another postage fee plus the return to sender fee.

TAXES

I Am Natural Store automatically charge and withhold GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. For orders shipped to other countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, I Am Natural Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. I Am Natural Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, I Am Natural Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
